【解説】
（１）受動態の形式
be動詞＋過去分詞+（by…）「（…によって）～される」
（２）進行形と受動態
※受動態の「be動詞と過去分詞」の間に「being」を入れる
進行形：be動詞＋現在分詞
進行形の受動態：be動詞＋being+過去分詞
My bike is being repaired at the moment.
A new building is being constructed.
≒is under construction「建設中」
（３）助動詞と受動態
※受動態のbe動詞が原形の「be」となり、主語とそのbeの間に助動詞
Homework must be submitted by Friday.
A lot of stars can be seen from here.
【例文】
1 My fright was delayed but not cancelled.
2 It is said that sandwiches were invented by Lord Sandwich.
3 I was laughed at by everyone.
4 I was spoken to by a stranger on the street.
